Shipping & Orders

At jojo®, we proudly ship our products worldwide. Your shipping fees are determined at check-out, based on your specific location. We entrust our deliveries to leading international carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. Typically, most orders reach their destination within 5-10 business days.
Orders are confirmed upon receiving a customer's payment. Jojo® retains the authority to decline or revoke an order in instances of a dispute related to a past order with the customer. Post-payment, the order becomes final and cannot be altered. Jojo® can only fulfill orders based on existing inventory. In the event a product is unavailable, our team at jojo® will promptly inform the customer via email. The customer then has the option to either cancel their order or request a refund.
If you have not received your package within 15 days from the dispatch date, it is your responsibility to promptly contact the jojo® team at hello@hi-jojo.com. Unfortunately, requests for refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted after this 15-day window. When your order is marked as "delivered" by the courier, jojo® considers it as successfully delivered and assumes no responsibility for any subsequent loss, theft from mailboxes, or disputes regarding receipt. In such instances, please register your complaint directly with the courier service.
Should your package arrive damaged, it's crucial to file a complaint in the presence of the delivery personnel. Please also forward a copy of this complaint to us so we can take appropriate measures and/or provide you with an exchange or refund. We also require photos of the damaged package and/or products for our records. To be considered valid, any such claims must be complete and submitted no later than 3 days after the package has been received.
Shipping times range between 5 to 10 business days, region dependent. Please note, jojo® is not responsible for any delays caused by authorized carriers. These delivery estimates are indicative, based on average processing times for delivery. To ensure adherence to these timelines, it's essential for customers to provide accurate and comprehensive delivery information: including delivery address, street and building number, staircase, access codes, name, intercom number, and so forth. Customers bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the delivery address information provided. In cases where this information is inaccurate, jojo® is unable to provide a refund or exchange the product.
Upon shipping your package, we'll send a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery process. Additionally, our team is always ready to assist you and can be reached at the following email address: hello@hi-jojo.com.
Once your order has been submitted and confirmed on our website, we regret to inform you that it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
All prices are denoted in US dollars or the local currency and include all applicable taxes (VAT and any other taxes), with the exception of shipping, handling, and packaging costs. These additional costs will be shown in your shopping cart prior to the final order confirmation. Please note that all payments are taken in US Dollars.

Looking after your new kit!

Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as these methods may harm your caps. The fabrics, designs, and overall shape of the cap can potentially deteriorate in a machine wash. Instead, we recommend delicately hand-washing your caps for best results. Please note, jojo® is unable to provide refunds or exchanges for products damaged due to inappropriate washing.
Jojo® caps are crafted without phthalates, azo dyes, or organotins compounds. They also have minimal cadmium content and come with EN71, REACH, and SGS certifications.
